Originally built in 1904 the barn offers a unique setting for a variety of special events. The two story, 40 by 60 foot post and beam barn was moved in 2008 from its’ original location on the Dean family farm in Irasburg to its’ present home on Route 111 in Derby. Located on beautiful Derby Pond, the spacious grounds and natural charm of the property create an ideal venue for a wedding or party.
